The information is used for drawing review, technical clarification, quotation, order follow-up and after-sales support. We do not sell it to unrelated third parties.
Uploaded files are stored in the website media folder and can be reviewed by authorized backend users for quotation work.

Inquiry data handling principles
Chenyuan Electric processes inquiry data for project communication and quotation. Please upload only project-related drawings, load lists, product photos and technical requirements.
Our sales and engineering team may use email, phone, WhatsApp or video meetings to clarify overseas projects.
Inquiry records are kept while a project is being followed up and may be retained for business records unless removal is requested.
If you send drawings by email, WhatsApp or cloud drive links, those platforms may process the files under their own terms.
Production deployment should use HTTPS, strong passwords, firewall rules, regular backups and least-privilege server accounts.
